- AFTER ALLOWING TO COOL TO 80*C A COLOUR IS APPLIED.
- AN ACRYLIC POWDER LAQUER IS NOW APPLIED AND THE WHEEL IS RETURNED TO THE OVEN TO BAKE AT 200*C FOR THE LAQUER TO CURE.
- AFTER COOLING A NEW VALVE IS FITTED AND THE TYRES ARE REPLACED OR REFITTED.
- THE WHEEL IS NOW RE-BALANCED AND UNDERGOES A FINAL EXAMINATION.
